Cancellation
- A cancellation request cannot be processed if it is made more than 24 hours after the reservation.
- We only accept cancellations made through a telephone conversation.
- Please note that Polibrovuelos does not approve refund requests once the booking process has been completed. This is because each hotel has its specific refund policy.
- It is essential that customers understand that certain reservations are non-refundable, depending on specific rules and regulations.
- Approval of refund requests is subject to the discretion of the hotel or taxi service provider. If they do not accept the request, Librovuelo is not responsible for providing a refund.
Refunds
Faced with the cancellation request, librovuelo has designed a refund policy that prioritizes the satisfaction of its customers. Refunds depend on the terms of use established by the airline and hotel. It is imperative to understand that LibroVuelo cannot guarantee refunds. The refund amount will also be transferred electronically to the designated account linked to the reservation.
librovuelo will not accept any refund provided through a different method or account. It is essential to understand that it may take approximately 10-15 days for the refund to appear in your account. Additionally, the bank will need time to process the refund and reflect the correct amount. The refund process may take between 60 and 90 days. Please make sure the service charge is refundable if you cancel your reservations within 24 hours.
Guidelines General Refunds
librovuelo will not grant refunds if it is determined that the reason for the refund is not valid or easily foreseeable at the time of reservations. Additionally, refund requests will not be considered for non-essential bookings. Please note that we do not provide refunds for canceled reservations or unavailability of services by the service provider.
When making a reservation, travelers must take responsibility for arranging their timely arrival, including obtaining the necessary travel documents and visas. It is mandatory to take precautionary measures or make alternative arrangements to avoid the need for a refund. At your own expense, you must provide proof that the flight book will be considered valid and a photocopy of the reservation.
For refunds to be approved, it is imperative to provide the required evidence. This includes submitting bank account details for the refund to be transferred directly to the designated operational bank account. It is important to note that the refund amount per customer must not exceed the total value of the reservation. Customers who have booked custom tours will be subject to specific cancellation rules.

The Limitation: After completing your reservation, you should be aware that any additional fees imposed by the US government for museums, taxes or travel expenses fuel will be applied accordingly.
Rules and regulations: The procedures for addressing complaints, claims or disputes arising from the products and services offered by the travel planner are governed by the rules and regulations established by the Government of the States United.
